WE ARE HIRING! - Head of Analytics & Data Science

Lead the transformation of raw payment and behavioral data into a competitive moat for millions of MSMEs. You will build world-class credit underwriting models and real-time fraud engines from the ground up !

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Define data strategy across payments, credit, and fraud.

Credit Underwriting: Build proprietary scoring models for thin-file MSMEs.

Risk & Fraud: Design near-real-time detection engines for all payment channels.

Team Building: Scale and mentor a high-performing data and ML organization.

Requirements:

- 812 years in data leadership, with 4+ years in Fintech (Payments/Lending/Risk)

- Hands-on experience with credit underwriting for the informal economy.

- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (XGBoost, LightGBM, Deep Learning).

- Experience with streaming data architectures like Kafka, Flink, or Spark.

- Strong executive communication and ability to lead cross-functional teams

- Placement : Jakarta

Nice to have:

• Experience in Indonesia or Southeast Asia fintech, with familiarity with Bank Indonesia and OJK regulatory frameworks
• Prior work on IoT or device telemetry analytics (relevant to EDC/POS and QRIS soundbox f leet management)
• Exposure to agent-based or field sales distribution models and the analytics that support them
• Experience deploying voice or alternative data signals in underwriting or fraud models
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code data tooling for enabling business teams
