We are seeking a Key Account Manager (MCN) - KOL & Affiliate to lead TikTok-based influencer commerce projects under our MCN division. This is a strategic and management-focused role, responsible for orchestrating cross-functional teams (influencer BD, operations, content, and media buying) to ensure seamless delivery and strong commercial results. You will act as the single point of accountability for project success, focusing on strategy design, team coordination, performance tracking, and client communication.
Job Responsibilities :
- Take full ownership of multiple influencer-based e-commerce projects
- Translate client objectives into actionable execution plans with internal teams
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery across all project milestones
- Act as the lead contact for brand partners on all campaign-related matters
- Design scalable delivery frameworks that balance brand safety and creator flexibility
- Monitor project performance and initiate optimizations when needed
Job Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or higher; marketing, business, or communication-related majors preferred
- 2+ years experience in influencer commerce, project management, or MCN operations
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across functions
- Able to manage complex, fast-paced execution environments
- Familiarity with TikToks influencer ecosystem; Chinese speaking is a plus
- Strong ownership mindset and structured thinking
