Role Description The Head of Accounting is a full-time, on-site role based in Badung, responsible for leading the accounting function and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. This role oversees the preparation and review of financial statements, manages financial reporting schedules, and ensures compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. The Head of Accounting will supervise the accounting team, establish and maintain internal controls, and monitor budgeting, cash flow, and cost management activities. Daily responsibilities include analyzing financial data, supporting audits, coordinating with other divisions on financial matters, and providing strategic financial insights to senior leadership to support decision-making and business growth.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Accounting and Finance, with the ability to manage end-to-end accounting operations.
• Strong skills in Financial Reporting and preparing accurate, timely Financial Statements in line with applicable standards.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems, as well as strong MS Excel skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CA) are an advantage.
• Proven experience in a senior accounting or finance leadership role, preferably within a multi-division or integrated services environment.
• Solid understanding of local tax regulations, compliance requirements, and internal control frameworks.
• Effective leadership, communication, and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse functions.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality and ethical financial practices.
