Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay is looking for a talented and passionate Head Mixologist – Assistant Manager to join our award-winning Food & Beverage team. This role is responsible for leading bar operations, developing innovative beverage programs, and delivering exceptional guest experiences through creativity, craftsmanship, and leadership.
What you will do:
• Develop and innovate creative, high-quality cocktails and beverage offerings
• Lead and train the bar team members to maintain exceptional service and beverage standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize operational efficiency and profitability
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Collaborate with management on menu development, promotions, and special events
• Build meaningful guest connections and maintain outstanding customer service
• Analyze sales performance and market trends to enhance beverage offerings
• Organize tastings, cocktail demonstrations, and special events
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and daily bar operations
What you bring:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within a luxury hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, mixology techniques, and current beverage trends
• Proficient in Food & Beverage systems
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
