About the Role
To manage and execute Home sales operations across a wide geographic area, driving subscriber growth, revenue achievement, and channel productivity through strong execution, partner management, and disciplined performance governance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and drive productivity of sales channels and partners.
- Execute go-to-market plans, including coverage expansion and local activations.
- Lead, coach, and performance-manage area sales teams.
- Monitor performance, market dynamics, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Management (required)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales leadership, channel management, or business development, with proven success in leading large regional teams.
- Certifications in Sales Leadership, Channel Management, or Strategic Sales Planning are preferred.
