Head Chef

Our client, a contemporary wood-fired restaurant inspired by the vibrant flavours of the Middle East and the Mediterranean, is known for delivering an exceptional dining experience through authentic cuisine, quality ingredients, and refined hospitality, is looking for a Head Chef in Pererenan.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in menu development and managing daily kitchen operations.
• Good understanding of food cost, labor cost, and inventory control.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Experience in Mediterranean, Western, or modern casual dining is preferred.
• Pre-opening experience or experience with international hospitality brands is a plus.
