This is a full-time on-site position located in Bali, Indonesia. The Butler Staff will be responsible for providing personalized and attentive service to guests, including handling special requests, assisting with room service, and ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment. The role involves maintaining high service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, and addressing any concerns or needs promptly. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with other departments to enhance the guest experience and maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of hospitality and customer service principles, including attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
• Experience in luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environments is a plus.
• Flexibility with work schedules, including weekends and holidays, and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Proficiency in additional languages, particularly English, is desirable.
• A positive and professional demeanor with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Relevant certifications or training in hospitality management are an advantage.
