This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sanur Bali for a Head Chef. The Head Chef will oversee the kitchen operations, which include planning and designing menus, preparing high-quality dishes, managing the kitchen team, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsibilities also include managing inventory, controlling food costs, maintaining quality standards, and collaborating with management to enhance guest experiences.

  • Expertise in kitchen management, team leadership, and staff development
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
  • Inventory management and cost control abilities
  • Creativity in designing menus and enhancing culinary experiences
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Formal culinary training or a degree in culinary arts is preferred
  • Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is highly valued
