Role Description

This is not an entry-level role. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Head Chef to join our dynamic team at Anata Cita Group's Surabaya location. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves overseeing daily kitchen operations, designing and updating menus, managing food preparation, and leading culinary staff. The Head Chef will also ensure food quality standards, maintain inventory, and adhere to hygiene and safety protocols in line with our company's commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in menu planning, food preparation, and cost control
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, including training and mentoring kitchen staff
• Skilled in recipe creation, innovative cooking techniques, and culinary presentation
• Knowledge of inventory management and kitchen equipment maintenance
• Understanding and adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to high-pressure environments and maintain attention to detail
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification is preferred
• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the F&B industry
