Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Baker. The Head Baker will oversee daily baking operations, including food preparation and the production of baked goods such as cookies and bread. Responsibilities include managing bakery inventory, ensuring product quality and consistency, leading a team of bakers, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Bakery and Baking techniques
• Experience in Food Preparation, including the creation of Bread
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Experience in a supervisory role within a bakery or similar environment is a plus
• Relevant certifications or degrees in Culinary Arts or Baking are advantageous
