Job Description
1. Hard Skills (Technical & Academic Competencies)
- Labor Regulations: Strong understanding of local employment laws, labor regulations, and BPJS (Health & Employment) administration.
- General Affairs Management: Demonstrated proficiency in vendor negotiation, facility/office management, asset tracking, and legal licensing workflows.
- HR Tools & Analytics: Experience using HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), applicant tracking platforms, and basic HR metrics tracking.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- IT Literacy: Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and modern tech terminology (API, cloud, database, microservices).
- Advanced Presentation: Mastery in crafting executive-level presentation decks (PowerPoint) that are concise, visual, and decision-focused.
- Project Documentation & Tracking: Strong proficiency and comfort in handling the administrative and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

3. Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Education Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience handling both Human Capital and General Affair duties and administration (preferably in a startup, SME, or expanding business setting)

- In this role, you will hold a pivotal position in establishing our operational backbone. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll and benefits administration.
- Help formulate and implement HR policies, employee engagement, training, and performance management processes.
- Handle office administration, facilities, supplies, vendors, company assets and workplace maintenance.
- Coordinate permits, internal events, travel, and operational documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Prepare HRG and GA reports, budgets, and administrative correspondence.
