About the Role
As an HCBP Analyst, you will support the Human Capital Business Partner function by providing data-driven insights, HR program support, and strategic analysis to improve workforce effectiveness. This role focuses on workforce planning, employee performance and engagement, organizational development, HR policy implementation, and talent management initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze workforce data and trends to support strategic workforce planning initiatives.
- Develop workforce forecasts, headcount planning reports, and capacity analysis.
- Partner with business units to identify staffing needs, skill gaps, and workforce risks.
- Support workforce optimization initiatives including role mapping and workforce productivity analysis.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of the performance management process.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, performance gaps, and development opportunities.
- Assist in employee engagement surveys, including data analysis and action planning.
- Support organizational design initiatives such as restructuring, job evaluation, and role clarity.
- Assist in change management initiatives to support organizational transformation.
- Conduct organizational effectiveness analysis using HR metrics and feedback.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Monitor policy adoption and identify areas for improvement or clarification.
- Support talent review and succession planning processes.
- Analyze talent data including performance, potential, and development plans.
- Assist in identifying high-potential employees and supporting talent development initiatives.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in HCBP, preferably in F&B Industry.
- Understanding of HR processes including performance management, talent management, and organizational development.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
