Partner with Hospital/Business Unit Human Capital teams and leaders to implement Corporate HC strategies, policies, and programs based on local business needs.
Provide advice and support on Industrial Relations and Employee Relations matters, including disciplinary actions, employee grievances, conflicts, employment disputes, termination, and other employee cases.
Coordinate Industrial Relations matters with key stakeholders, including management, employees, employee representatives/unions, government manpower authorities, and other relevant parties.
Ensure compliance with manpower regulations and Company policies, and provide recommendations to minimize potential employee and industrial relations risks.
Review and analyze workforce and employee relations data to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement, and recommend appropriate HR solutions.
Support and lead HC projects and process improvements in collaboration with Corporate HC teams and Hospital/Business Unit teams to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Human Capital / HR, with experience in HR Business Partnering and Industrial Relations.
Experienced in handling employee and industrial relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, conflicts, disputes, termination, and employee representative/union matters.
Good knowledge of Indonesian manpower regulations and industrial relations practices, with the ability to identify risks and provide appropriate solutions.
Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders across hospitals and Corporate functions.
