About The Role
Controlling Human Capital process activities in the area under his/her responsibility in accordance with applicable procedures and provisions, to increase customer satisfaction with Human Capital services.
Responsibility :
- Managing corporate culture activities (I AM ELITE) and ER includes preparing publication materials, planning employee activities (breaking the fast together, outings, etc.) to increase employee engagement towards the company.
- Controlling operational activities in the area under his/her responsibility to create a conducive and productive work environment so that maximum sales targets are achieved.
- Planning and implementing a massive recruitment process (walk in interviews, job fairs, etc.) to obtain qualified prospective employees according to the qualifications required by each business unit of the company.
- Checking turnover data and MPP fulfillment conditions in the area under his/her responsibility in order to meet the MPP fulfillment targets that have been set.
- Running employee development needs programs, both soft skill, hard skill or personality training through a series of coaching processes, so that they can be used as considerations for Branch Heads/Area Managers/DC Managers to take appropriate employee skill, competency and attitude development actions according to needs.
- Inputting employee compensation & benefit data in their area accurately so that each employee receives remuneration in accordance with applicable provisions.
- Monitoring the industrial relations process carried out in its area (including periodic reporting to the government and related agencies and PHI cases) to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Monitoring General Affairs activities such as cleanliness, work comfort, uniform needs, stationery, catering in accordance with applicable standards and provisions to support a clean & cozy work environment.
Requirement :
- S1 Psychology, Law, or Management.
- Min 3 years working in the same field in.
- Knowledge & Skill : Industrial Relations, Recruitment Management, Training Management, Corporate Culture, People Development, Leadership Skill.
