HC & Compliance Manager

Role

HC & Compliance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Semarang. This position oversees Human capital (HC) functions and leads compliance activities. Daily responsibilities include preparing reports, advising leadership on HC and compliance risks, collaborating with top management and other departments on policy enforcement, and maintaining accurate documentation for inspections and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Capital Management or same role in fintech or related industry
• Strong understanding of Human Capital practices, including competency management, talent development, performance management, and organizational development.
• Proficiency in compliance management, internal policies labor laws, and relevant regulatory standards.
• Having capability about policy development and implementation, including drafting procedures, guidelines, and employee handbooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding ISO and experience conducting internal audits, risk assessments, and follow-up actions to maintain compliance.
• Proficiency with HCMS/HRIS and basic office software (MS Word, MS Excel, etc).
• Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams
• Willing to be placed in Semarang
