Job Purpose:
To serve as the strategic Human Capital Business Partner for Kalimantan & East Indonesia operations by aligning people strategy with business objectives, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing workforce risks, and strengthening organizational effectiveness across multiple locations. This role supports business continuity and growth by translating operational needs into effective HC solutions while maintaining a positive industrial climate and consistent HC governance across all assigned sites.
The incumbent will be placed at PT Cipta Krida Bahari (CKB), a subsidiary of PT ABM Investama.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as HC Business Partner to regional and site leadership teams.
- Lead end-to-end Human Capital operations, including recruitment, manpower planning, industrial & employee relations, and HC administration.
- Manage General Affairs activities to support operational readiness across locations.
- Ensure full compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and internal governance standards.
- Provide workforce insights, HC reporting, and recommendations to support business decision-making.
- Proactively manage people-related risks, employee cases, and industrial issues.
- Support organizational change, employee engagement, and people capability initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties (local authorities, vendors, community representatives).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 810 years of experience in Human Capital/HR roles, including 5+ years as HCBP or HC Manager.
- Strong experience in industrial relations, recruitment, and HC operations.
- Proven exposure to multi-site, remote, or area-based operations.
- Experience in logistics, mining, energy, or industrial services is strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of Indonesia manpower regulations and labor practices.
- Willing to workmobile and travel frequently across Kalimantan & East Indonesia.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
