Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, HR metrics, and workforce analytics reports.
  2. Analyze people data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Support strategic HC initiatives with data modeling, forecasting, and insights.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.
  5. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, compelling narratives.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Finance, or related fields.
  2. 57 years of experience in data analysis, workforce analytics, or HR analytics.
  3. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  4. Solid understanding of HR processes, workforce metrics, and data governance principles.
  5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  6. Detail-oriented, structured thinker, and comfortable working with large datasets.
