Analyze people and workforce data to uncover trends, patterns, potential risks, and opportunities that drive organizational effectiveness and talent strategy.
Provide analytical support for strategic Human Capital initiatives through data modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and accessibility across systems and reports.
Translate complex data and analytical findings into clear, compelling insights and recommendations, and present them effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or other related quantitative disciplines.
57 years of experience in data analysis, workforce analytics, or HR analytics, preferably within a structured or data-driven organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Solid understanding of HR processes, workforce metrics, and data governance principles to ensure reliable and compliant data usage.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Highly detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working with large and complex datasets in a fast-paced environment.
