Job Title: (Hands-on) Product Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
As a Hands-on Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our kitchen hardware products in the market. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the continued growth and market presence of our products. This position requires at least 5 years of marketing experience, a deep understanding of the kitchen hardware industry, and a hands-on approach to product marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with company objectives and drive product sales.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Create compelling product messaging, value propositions, and marketing collateral.
- Manage product launches and promotional campaigns, coordinating with sales & partners.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales tools and support materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and distributors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences.
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of product marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with dealers and distributors across Indonesia to understand their unique marketing needs and challenges.
- Develop and implement customized marketing strategies and support plans to help dealers and distributors effectively promote and sell our kitchen hardware products.
- Provide training and resources to dealers and distributors on product knowledge, marketing materials, and sales techniques.
- Establish strong relationships with key partners, including organizing regular meetings and reviews to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor the performance of dealers and distributors in terms of marketing activities.
- Offer guidance and support to dealers and distributors in optimizing their marketing efforts, mainly focusing on classical marketing, advertising, and promotions.
- Collect feedback from dealers and distributors to continually improve marketing strategies and product offerings.
- Act as a liaison between dealers and distributors and the internal marketing and product development teams to convey market insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in the kitchen hardware or related industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM, analytics, and project management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience working with dealers and distributors in Indonesia is highly desirable.
