Manage online halal certification and document submission.
Update halal matrix and monitor expiring certificates.
Prepare documents and support halal audits.
Review halal compliance for new and alternative materials.
Register alternative materials and ensure approval.
Maintain and secure halal documentation.
Supervise halal-related costs and billing.
Assist with SOPs, job descriptions, and training materials.
Complete tasks from supervisors accurately and on time.
Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry (highly preferred).
At least 2 years of experience in Halal Assurance or Halal Certification Coordination Pharma, Traditional Medicine, Health Supplements, and Nutritional Industry (highly preferred).
Possession of a Halal Assurance System (SJH) training certificate is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of national halal regulations (BPJPH, LPPOM MUI) and relevant international standards.
Detail-oriented, systematic, and able to coordinate across departments.
Strong communication skills, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
