Role Description This full-time on-site Gynecologist role is based at Siloam Hospitals Group in Bekasi. The Gynecologist will provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care in gynecology and obstetrics, including consultations, diagnostic evaluations, and follow-up management. Daily responsibilities include performing gynecologic procedures and surgeries, managing pregnancies and reproductive health issues, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, evidence-based care. The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records, complying with hospital protocols and national clinical guidelines, participating in case discussions, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. The Gynecologist is expected to provide patient-centered care that is respectful, culturally sensitive, and aligned with Siloam's standards of clinical excellence and compassion.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Medicine and clinical decision-making, with the ability to manage diverse women's health conditions.
- Proficiency in Gynecology and Obstetrics, including routine care, high-risk pregnancy management, and reproductive health services.
- Competence in Gynecologic Surgery and Surgery, including common operative procedures and emergency interventions.
- Valid medical license and specialist certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology, as required by Indonesian regulations.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients and families.
- Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and adherence to hospital policies and patient safety standards.
- Experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a high-volume or tertiary care environment, is highly beneficial.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bekasi with flexibility for shifts, on-call duties, and emergency cases as needed.
