Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Gym Manager located in Bali. The Gym Manager will oversee daily operations, including managing staff schedules, ensuring equipment maintenance, implementing health and safety standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include developing fitness programs, supervising trainers, fostering member satisfaction, and promoting gym memberships through effective marketing strategies. The role also involves monitoring budgets, maintaining facilities, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and functionality at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fitness Program Development, Personal Training, and Gym Management minimum 3 years
• Skills in Leadership, Team Management, and Staff Development
• Knowledge of Health and Safety Standards related to fitness environments
• Strong in Customer Service, Conflict Resolution, and Membership Retention experience
• Experience in Marketing, Sales, and Promotion of fitness services
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and budgeting capabilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or a related field preferred
• Experience within the hospitality or wellness industry is a must
• Certifications in fitness or personal training are preferred
