Gym Attendant Staff

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel & Hospitality, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Min. 1–2 years of experience as a Facility Attendant, Gym Attendant, or similar role in Property, Real Estate, Apartments, or Hospitality.
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong knowledge of customer service, complaint handling, and relationship management.
• Familiarity with apartment recreational facilities, building services, and operational standards.
• Service-oriented mindset with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Presentable, friendly, disciplined, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.
• Willing to be placed at District 8 (SCBD).

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, safety, and readiness of recreational facilities, ensuring all areas and amenities are clean, organized, and comfortable for residents.
• Assist residents in using fitness equipment and facilities by providing guidance on proper usage and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
• Coordinate facility bookings, attendance, and usage schedules to maximize operational efficiency and resident convenience.
• Conduct daily opening and closing inspections, monitor equipment conditions, and report any damage or maintenance requirements promptly.
• Ensure all recreational equipment, supplies, and amenities are properly prepared, maintained, and available for residents.
• Implement and comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and operational standards in all work activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support smooth facility operations while delivering professional, responsive, and high-quality service to residents.
