Sinotif Internasional is a specialized tutoring institution focused on Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry for elementary, junior high, and high school students from national, national plus, and international curricula (IB, A Level, O Level, Cambridge). Established with a strong presence in Jakarta and Tangerang, Sinotif operates multiple branches known as Re-education Centers. These centers are designed to help learners revisit and truly understand core concepts so they build a solid foundation in quantitative and scientific subjects. Students progress from not understanding to understanding, then to mastering Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry with confidence. Role Description The Guru Matematika SMP will teach junior high school Mathematics in an on-site setting at the Bekasi branch. This full-time role includes preparing lesson plans aligned with the Sinotif methodology, delivering engaging classroom instruction, and guiding students through exercises, problem-solving, and concept reinforcement. The teacher will regularly assess student understanding, provide feedback, and adjust teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs. Daily tasks also include monitoring student progress, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with other educators, and participating in internal training to continuously improve teaching quality.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in junior high school Mathematics, including algebra, geometry, and basic statistics.
• Experience or training in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring students at SMP (junior high) level.
• Ability to explain mathematical concepts clearly, systematically, and patiently to learners with diverse abilities.
• Good classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive, motivating learning environment.
• Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is an advantage.
• Comfort with using educational tools, worksheets, and learning technology to support instruction.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics Education, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bekasi on a full-time schedule, including evenings or weekends if required.
• Commitment to continuous learning, openness to feedback, and alignment with Sinotif's teaching approach.
