Role Description

The Guru Kurikulum Nasional SD will oversee and implement the national curriculum for primary education in alignment with the school's academic goals. Key responsibilities include planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, developing a structured teaching plan, and fostering an engaging and supportive classroom environment. The selected candidate will work in collaboration with other educators to enhance student learning and development. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Surabaya.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding and expertise in the Indonesian National Curriculum especially Bahasa Indonesia, Matematika, and PPKn for primary education
• Effective teaching, communication, and classroom management skills
• Curriculum development and lesson planning abilities
• Experience in fostering student engagement and supporting individual learning needs
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; fluency in English is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification is required
• Commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive, and dynamic learning environment
• Professional experience in primary education, with a minimum of 2 years preferred
