Job Description

• Deliver engaging and structured English lessons for students across different grade levels and learning abilities.
• Teach and prepare students for UTBK and TKA English, including reading comprehension, vocabulary, grammar, critical reasoning, and test-taking strategies.
• Develop and deliver lesson plans, learning materials, exercises, and practice tests aligned with students academic needs and examination requirements.
• Conduct IELTS and/or SAT preparation classes when required, including academic English, reading, writing, and test strategies.
• Analyze students learning progress and provide appropriate feedback, evaluation, and learning recommendations.
• Identify students strengths and areas for improvement and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Provide guidance and strategies to help students improve their English proficiency and academic test performance.
• Participate in microteaching, curriculum development, question review, and academic material preparation when needed.
• Stay updated on developments in UTBK, TKA, IELTS, SAT, and English language learning methodologies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in English Teaching and Teaching, with experience instructing students at multiple grade levels.
• Candidates should have experience teaching UTBK and/or TKA English preparation, including familiarity with relevant question types, test strategies, and academic English.
• Experience teaching IELTS and/or SAT preparation is highly preferred.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Lesson Planning and Education, including designing structured, curriculum-aligned learning activities.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in English Education, English Literature, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to manage diverse classrooms, adapt teaching methods to different learning styles, and use educational technology effectively.
• Familiarity with English proficiency tests such as IELTS and SAT, as well as Indonesian standardized assessments such as UTBK and TKA, is an advantage.
