Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Answer and connect incoming calls to departments or guest rooms in a courteous manner.
  • Provide information regarding hotel facilities, restaurants, and other services to guests.
  • Record and forward guest requests to the relevant departments.
  • Receive and relay guest complaints to the appropriate parties for follow-up.
  • Operate the hotel telephone system (PABX/operator) and record messages.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
  • Deliver friendly and professional service in accordance with hotel standards.

Requirements

  • Able to communicate in English and there will be an English conversation test as part of the recruitment process
  • Previous experience as a Guest Service Operator / Telephone Operator in a hotel
  • Strong guest service skills with a professional demeanor
  • Placement: Client is a 5-star hotel in the Pecenongan area – Central Jakarta
