Job Description

Role Summary

The Guest Service & Front Office team member supports day-to-day venue operations at OXO The Factory by welcoming and guiding guests, supporting coworking members, coordinating arrivals for events and bookings, and keeping the front-of-house environment calm, clear, and service-ready. This role works closely with Event Ops, Sales/Admin, Security, and Housekeeping to ensure every guest experience runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest experience and venue flow
  • Welcome guests and members, confirm their purpose of visit, and guide them to the correct area.
  • Manage & provide clear information about venue rules, facilities, schedules.
  • Handle guest concerns and requests
  • Event day support (front-of-house)
  • Coordinate arrival timing with Event Ops, including vendor access, VIP arrivals, and guest list support.
  • Support registration and wristbanding, scanning, badge printing, or ticket validation when applicable.
  • Coworking member support
  • Support member access and day pass flow, including answering questions and directing to desks, rooms, and amenities.
  • Help manage meeting room usage and schedule flow, coordinating with internal calendars and on-site availability.
  • Admin and coordination
  • Maintain basic logs: guest/member counts, incidents, lost and found, and operational notes.
  • Support administrative tasks such as printing, inventory checks, and coordination messages.
  • Work with Operations to report recurring issues and suggest improvements to the guest flow.
Required Skills and Behaviors
  • Clear communication, confident speaking, and good listening skills
  • Strong situational awareness in busy environments
  • Service mindset with firm boundaries and a calm tone under pressure
  • Organized, detail-aware, and able to follow checklists and SOPs
  • Comfortable using basic tools: messaging apps, spreadsheets, calendars, and simple registration tools
Experience
  • 1+ year in customer-facing roles such as event venue, coworking, F&B service, retail, or reception for a workspace
  • Experience supporting events or high-traffic venues is a plus
Working Conditions
  • Shift-based work, including evenings and weekends depending on event schedules
  • Standing and moving around the venue during peak hours
  • Requires a professional appearance and consistent punctuality
