Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for a Guest Relations Officer (Mandarin Speaker) at Bawah Reserve in Kecamatan Siantan. The Guest Relations Officer will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, handling receptionist duties, and maintaining clear communication with guests on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Guest Relations, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication and Receptionist Duties proficiency
• Ability to speak Mandarin fluently (HSK 3 Minimum)
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
