Job Description

We are looking for a warm, attentive, and service-oriented Guest Relations Officer (GRO) to enhance our guest experience at Eminence Puncak.

 

As a GRO, you will be the key point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable, memorable, and aligned with our service philosophy. You will handle guest interactions, special requests, and feedback with professionalism and care.

 

 

What you will do:

·      Welcome and assist guests during arrival, stay, and departure.

·      Build strong relationships with guests and personalize their experience

·      Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally

·      Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest needs efficiently

·      Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address concerns

·      Handle VIP guests and special arrangements

·      Ensure accurate guest information and preferences are recorded

·      Support Front Office operations when needed

 

What we are looking for:

·      Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or related field

·      Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·      Strong guest service orientation and problem-solving ability

·      Well-groomed, confident, and professional appearance

·      Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (additional languages are a plus)
