Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relation Officer Mandarin Speaking, located in Pasuruan, Indonesia. The role entails providing personalized customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction by attending to their needs and addressing inquiries.

Responsibilities include handling guest relations, managing communication between departments and guests, providing receptionist duties, and maintaining a welcoming and professional ambiance to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Guest Relations and ensuring Customer Satisfaction through personalized service and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication practices, ensuring smooth interactions with guests and team members.
• Experience in managing Receptionist Duties, including check-ins, check-outs, and managing guest inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Fluency in Mandarin is essential; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a professional attitude, and a commitment to delivering excellence in hospitality.
• Experience in the hospitality industry or a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Minimum of 1 years in the relevant position ( Fresh graduate is welcome to apply )
