Job Description

Specification:

Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) with the ability to confidently engage with Mandarin-speaking guests.

Customer-focused with a genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence.

Calm and composed under pressure, able to handle guest concerns diplomatically.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Professional appearance and well-groomed at all times.

Culturally sensitive and adaptable to international guest profiles.

Positive can do attitude with flexibility in shifts and operational needs.

High level of integrity and discretion in handling guest information.

Skills Required:

Fluency in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).

Strong communication and active listening skills.

Excellent guest engagement and complaint handling skills.

Ability to coordinate effectively with Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering and other departments.

Computer literate with knowledge of PMS systems and Microsoft Office.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Understanding of hotel SOPs, service standards and brand expectations.

Work Experience:

Minimum 12 years experience in Front Office or Guest Relations within a hotel environment.

Experience handling Mandarin-speaking guests is essential.

Pre-opening hotel experience is an advantage.
