Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for new product launches.
Plan product positioning, pricing, and sales programs to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and product performance to provide business recommendations.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Retail, Channel, Warehouse, and HQ to ensure successful GTM execution.
Monitor sales performance, inventory, and product life cycle, and recommend improvement actions.
Prepare regular business reports, sales forecasts, and product performance analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in GTM, Product Management, Business Planning, or Sales Planning, preferably in the smartphone or consumer electronics industry.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
