Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for new product launches.
  • Plan product positioning, pricing, and sales programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and product performance to provide business recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Retail, Channel, Warehouse, and HQ to ensure successful GTM execution.
  • Monitor sales performance, inventory, and product life cycle, and recommend improvement actions.
  • Prepare regular business reports, sales forecasts, and product performance analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in GTM, Product Management, Business Planning, or Sales Planning, preferably in the smartphone or consumer electronics industry.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
