As the Senior Growth Associate for Online Sales, you will be responsible for driving growth across digital ordering channels, including food delivery platforms and online commerce ecosystems. This role will focus on maximizing GMV, order volume, customer acquisition, and campaign effectiveness through strategic partnerships, promotional planning, and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end performance of online sales channels, including promotional campaigns, flash sales, menu optimization, and pricing strategies.
- Develop and execute channel-specific growth strategies to achieve GMV, transaction volume, and profitability targets.
- Plan and manage campaign calendars, including payday promotions, platform campaigns, national events, seasonal activations, and brand-led initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with food delivery platform partners such as GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood.
- Negotiate visibility placements, promotional support, co-marketing opportunities, and commercial agreements with platform partners.
- Analyze sales performance, campaign results, customer behavior, and channel trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with Brand, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Monitor competitor activities, platform algorithm changes, and emerging digital trends to maintain market competitiveness.
- Develop regular performance reporting and actionable recommendations for continuous optimization.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Sales, E-commerce, Trade Marketing, Growth, or Online Commercial roles.
- Proven experience managing food delivery platforms, online marketplaces, or digital sales channels.
- Strong understanding of Indonesia's online food delivery ecosystem and consumer purchasing behavior.
- Demonstrated success in driving online sales growth through promotional and performance marketing initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
