We are looking for a proactive and analytical Growth SEO Specialist to manage and execute end-to-end SEO strategies in the B2B SaaS ERP industry, with a strong focus on the Southeast Asia (SEA) market. This role is ideal for candidates with 2-3 years of experience (or solid internship background) who are ready to take full ownership of SEO initiatives, from technical audits and keyword research to content planning and performance analysis. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost organic visibility, increase qualified traffic, and support regional lead generation goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute full-cycle SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical improvements.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits to identify and fix issues that may affect site performance and search rankings.
  • Optimize existing website content and structure for better visibility, user experience, and engagement.
  • Implement SEO updates via CMS and work with developers for more technical changes.
  • Plan and manage SEO-driven content calendars, collaborating with internal teams or writers to ensure content meets search intent.
  • Track SEO KPIs and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs.
  • Research SEO trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to align SEO with overall digital strategies.
  • Report on SEO initiatives, insights, and performance to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Professional with minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in SEO optimization.
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and keyword strategy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow within the digital marketing/SEO field.
  • Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage simple tasks independently.
  • Passion for digital marketing, especially SEO and content optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience managing or supporting SEO efforts for SEA markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, or the Philippines) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or Ahrefs.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), or website structures.
  • Understanding of content marketing or digital channels (e.g., social media, paid ads) is a plus.
  • Good writing and editing skills, especially for SEO-friendly content.
