Growth Product Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Growth Product Manager role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Growth Product Manager will drive product-led growth across digital banking products, from ideation to launch and continuous optimization. Daily responsibilities include defining and managing product roadmaps, setting and tracking growth metrics, running experiments (A/B tests and growth experiments), and collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams. The role will involve analyzing user behavior and market data to identify opportunities, prioritize features, and improve acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. The Growth Product Manager will also partner closely with stakeholders to align product strategies with business goals, ensure regulatory and compliance considerations are met, and deliver a seamless experience for customers across channels.

Qualifications

• Strong product strategy and ownership capabilities, including Product Management and Product Road Mapping skills to define vision, prioritize backlogs, and manage end-to-end product lifecycles.
• Proven growth expertise, including Growth Hacking and Growth Marketing, to design and execute data-driven experiments that improve key funnel metrics.
• User-centered innovation skills, including Design Thinking, to translate customer insights into intuitive, high-impact product features.
• Experience working on digital or mobile products, preferably in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data, define KPIs, and make evidence-based decisions.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, product analytics tools, and experiment design frameworks.
