Job Overview

We are seeking a Growth Operations Lead with Web3 industry experience, strong execution capabilities, and localized operational expertise. You will be responsible for building the user operations system, managing the user lifecycle, and overseeing campaign, content, and community operations for the Indonesian market. Your core objective will be to drive user engagement, maximize retention rates, and improve user value conversion.

Core Responsibilities

  • Operations System Setup
  • Establish comprehensive frameworks for user, content, and campaign operations.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to minimize dependency on individual personnel.
  • Ensure all operational actions are process-driven, standardized, and auditable.
  • User Lifecycle Management
  • Take ownership of user retention, engagement/activation, and repeat transaction rates.
  • Design and build membership and user incentive systems.
  • Co-own the conversion funnel in collaboration with the Head of Growth.
  • Cross-Departmental Execution & Coordination
  • Liaise and collaborate directly with the Product, Sales, and Customer Service teams.
  • Drive the successful implementation of key company projects and initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports on execution progress to management.

Requirements

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Marketing, Media, Communications, or Business Management are preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in the Internet, Finance, or Crypto/Web3 industries, including at least 3 years in an operations management role.
  • Prior operations experience at a cryptocurrency exchange or a large-scale internet platform is highly preferred.

Core Competencies

  • Deep understanding of user lifecycle management (acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation/recall).
  • Proven ability in planning and executing successful operational campaigns and events.
  • Strong familiarity with community operations across platforms like Telegram, Discord, and Twitter.
  • Exceptional execution skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across different departments.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)

  • Operations experience in the Southeast Asian market (Indonesian market experience is a strong plus).
  • Deep understanding of local Indonesian user culture, habits, and behaviors.
  • Track record of successfully managing large-scale events or driving significant community growth.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
