About the Role

This is a high-impact role, working directly with the CEO to own retention: turning one-time buyers into repeat customers and growing customer lifetime value. You'll build and run lifecycle campaigns, segment customers by behavior, and find where buyers drop off after their first purchase. You'll work directly with the CEO and alongside AI tools that handle the repetitive parts, so you can focus on what actually moves repeat purchase and LTV.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own retention as a growth lever, building and running campaigns (winback, loyalty, re-engagement)
  • Support customer acquisition efforts alongside retention, helping bring in new buyers and improve conversion across the funnel
  • Run and optimize paid ads across channels like Meta and TikTok to support both acquisition and retention goals
  • Track the metrics that matter and use them to guide decisions
  • Keep an eye on competitors and industry trends

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years in growth, performance, or digital marketing, spanning both acquisition and retention
  • Strong hands-on experience with paid ads platforms and CRM/retention channels
  • Experience with analytics tools and making decisions from data, including cohort, and retention analysis
  • Understands the full funnel, from acquisition through to retention and lifetime value

  • Experience in gaming and digital goods,
  • Cross Border Marketing Experience
