This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.
Responsibilities
Strategic Development
- Identify new growth opportunities relevant to business needs and market conditions.
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps with clear KPIs and success metrics.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis as the basis for developing marketing strategies.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on performance data, market trends, and customer behavior.
Customer Acquisition & Growth Innovation
- Design and execute online campaigns through paid, owned, and earned channels, as well as offline campaigns as an integrated marketing ecosystem.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns through channels such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic ads, affiliates, and other relevant channels.
- Manage digital advertising budgets effectively to ensure optimal use of funds.
- Analyze and optimize CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and other growth marketing metrics.
- Develop new customer acquisition programs through a data-driven approach and campaign experiments.
- Periodically evaluate campaign effectiveness and develop action plans for improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Design and execute online campaigns through paid, owned, and earned channels, as well as offline campaigns as part of an integrated marketing ecosystem.

Qualifications
- Min. graduated S1 (bachelor's degree) from marketing, management, public relations, marketing communications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, or data-driven marketing
- Experienced in managing customer acquisition, retention, and expansion campaigns.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels such as email marketing, paid social media, SEM, Google Analytics, content marketing, CRM, and marketing automation.
- Able to perform data analysis, interpret campaign performance, and develop insight-based recommendations.
- Understanding of the concepts of CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, marketing funnel, lead generation, and the customer journey.
- Able to develop marketing roadmaps, campaign briefs, performance reports, and action plans for improvement.
- Professional project management skills to ensure campaigns run according to timelines and targets.
