About the Role
You'll own how Golrox grows, from getting new customers in the door to getting them to buy again. You'll run our paid ads, improve conversion across the funnel, and build the retention campaigns that keep buyers coming back. You'll report to management and work alongside AI tools that handle the repetitive parts, so you can focus on what actually moves the numbers.
Key Responsibilities
- Run paid ads on Meta and TikTok, and keep customer acquisition cost down without burning budget
- Improve conversion across the site, especially checkout and landing pages, through testing
- Build retention campaigns (WhatsApp broadcasts, loyalty, referrals) to grow repeat purchases and customer lifetime value
- Track the numbers and metrics that matter and use them to decide what to scale and what to cut
- Work with the content and community team to get growth ideas shipped
- Keep an eye on competitors and what's working across channels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- At least 3 years in growth, performance, or digital marketing. E-commerce or startup background is a plus
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta and TikTok ads
- Comfortable with analytics tools (GA4, Clarity, or similar) and making decisions from data
- Understands the full funnel, not just one channel
