Introduction

Gump is an AI-driven SaaS platform transforming the photography industry in Asia, empowering 20,000+ photographers and corporate partners with tools like AI customer service agents, a smart booking system, and a scalable photo sharing platform.

KaChick, built on Gump's technology, connects travelers, creators, and brands through authentic photo experiences and data-driven travel discovery, supported by a community of 15,000+ photographers and tens of millions of indexed photos.

Together, Gump KaChick form a fast-growing ecosystem where photographers, KOLs, brands, and travelers meetpowered by AI, content, and community.

The Opportunity

This is a mid-level role owning both strategy and hands-on execution across growth marketing and community. You will design and run end-to-end marketing: from research and positioning, to campaign production, user acquisition, and community engagement for both Gump and KaChick.

Think of this role as a mini CMO for our growth engine: you will help define how we attract, convert, and retain photographers, KOLs, brands, and travelers across Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth

  • Design and own full-funnel growth strategies (awareness acquisition activation engagement retention) for Gump's SaaS tools and the KaChick marketplace.
  • Define target segments and value propositions for photographers, studios, KOLs, agencies, brands, and travelers.
  • Set and track clear growth KPIs (new users, activated users, CAC, LTV, campaign ROI), and report learnings regularly.

User Acquisition & Performance

  • Plan, execute, and optimize acquisition campaigns across paid (Meta, Google, TikTok), organic (SEO, content, communities), and influencer/KOL channels.mwm.
  • Build and refine acquisition funnels and landing pages to drive sign-ups and product adoption (AI agent, smart booking, photo sharing, KaChick marketplace).
  • Run continuous A/B tests on creatives, messaging, and audiences to improve conversion and unit economics.

Content, Campaigns & Production

  • Own content strategy and calendar across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn) for both brands. Profiles with strong digital content and social media execution are especially relevant here.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign production: brief, scripts, shooting coordination, editing, asset creation, publishing, and performance tracking.
  • Develop case studies, creator stories, and brand success narratives that demonstrate ROI and product value.

Community, KOL & Photographer Growth

  • Identify, approach, and onboard photographers, studios, creator communities, and KOLs as advocates and power users.
  • Design and manage ambassador / referral / KOL programs that drive content creation, referrals, and active usage of our products.
  • Organize online activations and occasional offline events (workshops, meetups, brand activations) to deepen community engagement.

Lifecycle, Product & Feedback Loop

  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success to improve onboarding, education, and in-product messaging for new users.
  • Create simple lifecycle flows (email, WhatsApp/Line groups, in-app prompts) to re-engage and retain users over time.
  • Collect and synthesize user feedback to inform product roadmap, growth experiments, and community initiatives.

What You Bring

  • 35 years of experience in digital or growth marketing, with a track record of owning campaigns end-to-end (strategy production launch analysis).
  • Proven results driving user or audience growth (followers, sign-ups, revenue, or engagement) via social, content, and paid channels.

Hands-on execution skills in:

  • Social media and content (IG, TikTok, Shorts, Xiaohongshu)
  • Performance basics (Meta/Google ads, analytics dashboards)
  • Simple design/video tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable reading data, running experiments, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management; able to work across founders, product, sales, and external partners.
  • Fluency in English; Chinese and/or a Southeast Asian language is a strong plus for local market execution.
  • Passion for photography, travel, and the creator economy.
