Job Description
We're looking for a high-performing Growth Expansion Strategy professional to identify, validate, and scale new market opportunities. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to build 0→1 growth initiatives, from market assessment and go-to-market planning to launch and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead market expansion initiatives by identifying and evaluating new markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
- Develop market entry strategies, business cases, and go-to-market plans for new products, services, or geographies.
- Conduct market research, customer validation, and competitive analysis to assess commercial potential.
- Design and execute pilot launches, measure performance, and recommend scaling strategies.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Commercial, and Operations teams to successfully launch and grow new markets.
- Monitor key business metrics and generate insights to improve adoption, growth, and profitability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Growth Strategy, Business Development, Market Expansion, Consulting, Strategy & Operations, or related functions.
- Experience developing and launching new markets, business lines, products, or growth initiatives from 0→1.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with experience in market research, business case development, and opportunity sizing.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Experience in technology, consumer, education, retail, or other high-growth businesses is a plus.
