Develop data-driven strategies to grow transaction volume and users with better unit economics through growth experimentation, new feature development, campaign management, crafting merchant acquisition strategy, and competitor analysis.
Identify and execute new revenue stream opportunities, including research, market analysis, financial modeling, pricing strategy, promotion plan, and implementation planning.
Produce competitor analysis reports for the management, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
Analyze data to find actionable insights such as funnel conversion analysis, cohort analysis, long-term trends, user segmentation, and many others to improve business strategies.
Serve as in-consultant who simplifies complex terminologies into more understandable insights to internal stakeholders
Requirements
2-4+ years of working experience in Growth, Demand Management, Strategy & Planning, Business Analyst, Marketing Analyst or similar role experience in the Payments Industry would a plus
Must be fluent in Microsoft Excel and have fundamental knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL)
Strong financial modeling, analytical skill, and business acumen, comfortable with numbers
Good communication skills and leadership skills
Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
