About the Role
The Growth Associate owns what happens after the first order : turning one-time customers into repeat customers, winning back leads who never converted, and opening new demand through communities, corporate partners and referrals. The core goal is to raise the share of total orders that come from repeat customers.
You will own the programs below end to end, from strategy to execution to measurement, and work daily with the CS/Sales team, the Marketing team and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the retention program end to end: segment customers by purchase history and upcoming occasions, design repeat-order incentives and loyalty mechanics with a clear budget and ROI guardrail, run them with the CS/Sales team through WhatsApp and CRM, and use AI to personalize at scale.
- Own the reactivation project: win back leads who showed interest but never ordered, with follow-up sequences and offers built per segment, and feed what you learn about drop-off reasons back to Marketing.
- Build and run the community and B2B channel: approach communities and organizations (offices, alumni, hobby, residential and parent groups), create member programs and corporate packages together with Operations and Finance, and prospect, pitch, negotiate and manage partners.
- Design and launch the referral program: set the incentive for referrers, the tracking, abuse prevention and unit economics, then promote it across customer touchpoints.
- Run on data: test small, read results honestly, decide what to scale or stop, and report weekly on the metrics below.
- Make it repeatable: document playbooks so the CS/Sales team can run them, and handle customer data responsibly.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in growth, CRM or lifecycle marketing, retention, business development or partnerships, ideally in a consumer or service business.
- Good project ownership: has owned a program or campaign end to end (retention, loyalty, referral, reactivation or partnership) and can explain it as baseline, action, result.
- Agility: moves fast from idea to launch, adapts quickly when data or priorities change, and does not wait for perfect information to act.
- AI-native: uses AI tools in daily work (analysis, copywriting, research, automation) and can show concrete workflows built with them.
- Hands-on data skills: advanced Excel or Google Sheets, and able to turn raw transaction data into segments or cohorts and then into a decision. SQL or a BI tool is a plus.
- Strong communicator and networker who is comfortable pitching, negotiating and building relationships with partners, community leaders and corporate buyers.
- Commercial mindset: understands unit economics such as incentive cost versus margin and customer lifetime value.
- Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and working business English.
Working location: 9am - 6pm, WFO at Pluit, Jakarta Utara
