Responsibilities

Responsible for developing and maintaining an active community while supporting organic user growth through campaigns, strategic collaborations, and engagement programs. This role serves as a bridge between the community and the company, directly contributing to increased loyalty, brand awareness, and business expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience in community building, digital marketing, or brand activation, preferably within the digital entertainment or gaming industry.
• Creative, communicative, and up-to-date with content trends and user behavior on platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Strong understanding of the creator economy ecosystem and online community culture.
• Able to collaborate across teams and think strategically for long-term growth.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
