RoleDescription
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Denpasar for a Growth Account Manager. This hybrid role is designed for a high-energy professional who can both hunt for new business and expertly manage the resulting client relationships. You will be responsible for the entire client lifecycle: from proactively identifying and securing new leads to leading the strategic onboarding and long-term project management.

​As the primary point of contact, you will ensure that Marktivo's data-driven strategies are executed flawlessly while constantly identifying new opportunities to scale our clients revenue and our agency's footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • ​Business Development: Proactively hunt, prospect, and secure new business leads to build a consistent sales pipeline.
  • ​End-to-End Onboarding: Lead the transition of new clients into Marktivo's ecosystem, setting clear KPIs and managing the initial relationship kick-off.
  • ​Account Strategy: Develop and implement tailored growth strategies that align with client business goals.
  • ​Project Oversight: Coordinate with internal teams to monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet Marktivo's elite standards.
  • ​Relationship Management: Serve as the trusted advisor for clients, addressing needs, providing regular data-backed updates, and ensuring high retention.
  • ​Revenue Optimization: Identify and execute upsell or cross-sell opportunities within the existing client portfolio.
Qualifications
  • ​Proven Hunter Instinct: Experience in outbound lead generation, cold outreach, and closing B2B contracts.
  • ​Relationship & Project Management: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple accounts while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • ​Communication Excellence: Exceptional interpersonal skills and fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • ​Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand complex marketing, sales, and operational workflows to identify growth bottlenecks.
  • ​Problem-Solving: Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to pivot strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • ​Technical Literacy: Experience using CRM software, reporting tools, and a solid understanding of how AI impacts modern marketing.
  • ​Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
