Group Tours Manager

We're Hiring: Group Tours Manager for GTC Indonesia, based in Bali Indonesia.

We're looking for an experienced individual to manage the daily operations for a large Australian tour operator in various countries around the world, and to assist in the development of new tours along with annual renewal of existing tours. Responsibilities include:

• Lead, support, train and appraise our Tours team
• Oversee daily operations, perform quality checks and handle complaints
• Handle bookings, customer requests and supplier relationships
• Monitor performance, submit regular reports and oversee invoicing

You have:

• 5+ years in DMC, tourism or hospitality operations
• 2–3 years in group travel management
• Familiar with reservation systems and database management
• English proficiency & analytical skills
