In this exciting and challenging role, you will work in our Group IT Team, located in our Jakarta office as Group Infra & DevSecOps Engineer.

Job Description

We are seeking a a versatile and proactive developer with strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), DevSecOps practices, and application development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can bridge infrastructure reliability with secure development workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the ecosystem that foster scalable automation solutions using specialized automation tools. Therefore, The ideal candidate must demonstrate fluency in English communication and possess a genuine passion for automation and AI, exemplified by hands-on experience in building and sustaining the secure ecosystem in which intelligent workflows and AI-driven solutions reside.

Key Responsibilities

API Development & Integration

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable AWS/Azure infrastructure using best practices.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with integrated security checks (DevSecOps).
• Collaborate with development teams to embed security into the software/automation lifecycle.

Data, Systems Integration & Compliance

• Monitor and optimize system performance, cost, and reliability.
• Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline infrastructure operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulations.
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for infrastructure issues.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• AWS/Azure certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure and development roles.
• Proven experience with AWS/Azure services (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudFormation, etc.).
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and tools (e.g., Terraform, Jenkins, SonarQube, Snyk).
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go, etc.).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with security frameworks and threat modeling.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication communication in English and documentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
