We are seeking a seasoned Group Head Food & Beverage to lead F&B strategy, profitability, governance, innovation, and operational excellence across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Group-wide F&B strategy, standards, SOPs, and governance.
- Drive revenue optimization, pricing strategy, and commercial performance.
- Lead culinary innovation and multi-outlet operations.
- Ensure food safety, compliance, and operational standards.
- Responsible for GOP Achievement, Food Cost and Guest Satisfaction
- Advise VP Operations on strategic priorities, investments, and risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of F&B experience with 5+ years in corporate/regional leadership.
- Strong expertise in menu engineering, revenue optimization, food safety, culinary innovation, and multi-outlet operations.
- Experience in hospitality, resorts, theme parks, restaurant groups, or similar multi-site businesses.
- HACCP, CHA, or Food Safety certification is an advantage.
