Oversee day-to-day Finance & Accounting operations across Nyanyi Group and its affiliated companies.
Ensure timely preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Establish and monitor effective and efficient financial controls across the Group to minimize financial risks and improve operational efficiency.
Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for operations: budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
Ensure proper documentation and financial records are maintained across all entities.
Coordinate with external auditors and ensure audit requirements are properly addressed.
Work closely with department heads and business units to develop realistic budgets and financial projections.
Monitor Group-wide cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and funding requirements, and prepare cash flow forecasts, funding schedules, and treasury reports for the Board of Directors.
Review and monitor incoming and outgoing payments in accordance with internal policies, approved budgets, payment terms, and applicable regulations.
Liaise with banks regarding daily transactions, loan drawdowns, foreign exchange, and other treasury activities as required.
Review and improve existing financial processes, controls, and reporting systems across the Group.
Ensure Finance & Accounting processes comply with internal controls, company policies, audit requirements, and applicable regulations.
Support management in maintaining proper governance and financial discipline across all entities.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of relevant Finance & Accounting experience, with a minimum 3 years of experience in a senior supervisory or managerial capacity.
Strong experience in setting up financial controls, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Experience in setting up and consolidating finance systems and operations across multiple entities is highly preferred.
Experience in property and real estate development/hospitality, or F&B is strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, taxation, and local financial regulations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/accounting systems.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple entities/priorities, and operate effectively in a growing organization.
